What we collect

When you submit a form on this site (Interest List, Launch Fund, Volunteer, Partner, or Contact), we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and any message you write. We also log the IP address and browser information your device sends automatically, for basic abuse prevention.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to you -- to follow up about giving, volunteering, partnership, program updates, or your question. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How it's stored

Submissions are stored on NEEDED's own server and are not currently synced to any third-party marketing or CRM platform. Access is limited to Jeremy and Misty Gatlin.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party tracking of any kind.

Your choices

To ask us to delete information you've submitted, or to stop receiving updates, email [email protected].

Changes

As NEEDED formalizes its nonprofit status and adopts a donation processor or email platform, this policy will be updated to reflect those tools and reviewed by legal counsel.
