Every person has gifts, dignity, and purpose.
NEEDED is a nonprofit social enterprise built around one belief: every person has gifts, dignity, and purpose. We create spaces where adults with disabilities can grow, contribute, build friendships, and be known by name.
Bridging the gap. Strengthening families. Empowering lives.
To bridge the gap for adults with disabilities and their families through meaningful work, compassionate care, family support, and faith-informed community.
- Meaningful work through Paws Are NEEDED, Gardens Are NEEDED, Cafes Are NEEDED, and Creations Are NEEDED
- Compassionate, dignity-first daytime care
- Direct support for the families who love them
- A faith-informed community built to include, not set apart
The faith foundation beneath NEEDED
Purposed by Him is the faith foundation beneath NEEDED. We believe every person is intentionally created by God with unique gifts and immeasurable worth. That conviction shapes how we design every program: not as a service done to someone, but as a place built with them, where their contribution is the point.

A practical, expandable home for the mission
Current concept: approximately 16,000-18,000 square feet on roughly two acres, subject to professional site, code, licensing, and cost review. The adult program and Paws Are NEEDED are designed as two secure wings, connected only by a shared lobby and check-in area, so both can operate safely side by side.
Conceptual campus plan with commercial kitchen and recreation area.

Updated building footprint concept.
Business income helps fuel the mission
NEEDED is envisioned as a nonprofit with diversified revenue -- not an organization dependent on a single grant or fundraising event. Nonprofit does not mean "no profit." It means surplus is reinvested in the mission.
- Program and service revenue from adult services and eligible reimbursements
- Paws Are NEEDED -- boarding, daycare, grooming, and related pet-care revenue
- Cafes Are NEEDED and future enterprises -- hospitality, products, and gardens
- Grants from government, tribal, foundation, and community-development sources where eligible
- Giving from individuals, churches, businesses, and sponsors
